What time can I check in / check out?

Check in is 3:00 P.M.

Check Out is by 11:00 A.M.

Is smoking allowed on the premises?

This is a non smoking / smoke free unit

Are pets allowed?

Sorry no pets are allowed on the property.

Can this space be used for parties or events?

Sorry No parties. No events (birthdays, bachelor, bachelorette stays, etc.)  No disturbances. (Quiet hours are between 12-5 AM). No additional guests (other than who’s stated in reservation).

What are the terms of cancellation?

Cancel up to 5 days before check in and get a full refund (minus service fees). Cancel within 5 days of your trip and the first night is non-refundable, but 50% of the cost for the remaining nights will be refunded.
